At One Hub Cart, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.
Eligibility for Exchange
Exchange is only possible if the product is received damaged or defective. We do not offer exchanges for any other reason.
Time Limit
Customers must report the damaged or defective item within 1 day (24 hours) of receiving the product. Requests made after this time period will not be accepted.
Exchange Conditions
To qualify for an exchange:
- The product must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof of damage or defect (photos or video) must be provided
- The issue must be reported within the 1-day time limit
All exchange requests are subject to verification and approval.
Non-Exchangeable Items
